We want to work with those ready to level up their training, eat real food (and enough food to not just sustain, but to thrive), and learn a lot along the way. We are here to help you feel strong, athletic, and confident AF.

We’ve been in your shoes. Following old workouts from your high school/collegiate athletic days, making up random workouts because the workouts are “fun”, doing various group fitness classes. All leaving you in the same spot.

Kelsea Nannini

Hi, I’m Kelsea!

I’m a former collegiate athlete, a wife, a dog mom, an Arizonan, a lover of food and wine, and a business owner.

After being laid off from my job in group fitness back in 2020 (thank you pandemic), after 3+ years as an in-person personal trainer, and feeling like I had nothing to show for it, I realized that I wanted more. I didn’t want to just show up and coach a class. I wanted to help people on my own terms.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve devoted 10000s of hours and dollars into educating myself to the highest capacity I can (and I’m still going). I have my bachelors in Health & Human Performance and I am an NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach, Programming Design Specialist (PDS), NASM-Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach. All of that on top of consuming tons of textbooks, podcasts, peer-reviewed research articles, hiring multiple coaches for myself, and so much more.

And within the past four years, I’ve spent my life (and even more money lol) building a business I love. One where I can work closely with my clients to help them reach their goals, far surpass their past their potential, find their strength, and develop confidence they’ve never had.

Oh and I’m also a human on top of being a coach & business owner… (sometimes lol)

I love watching sports, playing Fantasy Football, hiking, traveling, hanging with friends, enjoying a glass of wine, cooking, and honestly just chilling at home with my husband and dog.

Jayne Smith

Hey, I'm Jayne!!

I am a wife, a mom to an amazing 2 year old girl, and a dog mom to two golden doodles!

I’ve been a Nutrition Coach for 8 years and a strength coach for 10 years. Before that, I was a competitive gymnast from the age of 6 until I retired after college at 22! Fun fact: I was home schooled so I could train more hours from 7th grade until 12th grade.

Once I retired, I had gained a significant amount of weight and I felt lost in the fitness and nutrition world. I didn't know where to begin with my own fitness and didn’t know who/what info I could trust about losing weight the right way.

Thankfully, I stumbled upon CrossFit in 2013 (which is also where I met my husband) and my love for the sport grew. I became a CrossFit coach pretty soon after joining and got certified in nutrition to learn more and help others on their own health journeys!

I competed in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting for a few years and more recently have stopped training for a specific sport and learned to train for life!

I love helping people who are looking to get stronger in the gym, who want to learn to fuel themselves for both performance goals and life, and postpartum moms looking to return to fitness in the best/safest way possible!

Qualifications/certifications: BS in Exercise Science and Sports Management from Rutgers University, Active Live Immersion, Precision Nutrition, CrossFit L1, NCI Hormone Specialist, BirthFit Coach, CrossFit Coach.

Kalani Ulufale, PT, DPT

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ADVISOR

Kalani is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience in a variety of settings including: neurology, orthopedic, and sports.

Growing up as an athlete herself, she has experienced a plethora of injuries resulting in multiple surgeries and many hours spent rehabilitating in physical therapy clinics. She knows how pain and injury can alter one’s life and is passionate about helping individuals create and maintain healthy exercise habits even if they have currently or historically experienced musculoskeletal pain and/or injury.

Real HP has teamed up with Kalani PT, DPT to provide expertise and guidance to clients who may have current, past, or present musculoskeletal pain or injury, so that they can safely remain active, and continue participating in activities that they love! Kelsea and Kalani work together to ensure that each client’s programming is specific, safe, and effective to help them reach all of your fitness and wellness goals.

When she is not working, Kalani is likely at a concert with her husband, working out, hanging out with her cat, or making up fun recipes in the kitchen!
